Valerio Zenato winery lies on the narrow strip of land between the southern part of Lake Garda and the Frassino Lake. The soil of this area find their origins from the Garda glacier which created, millions of years ago, the Lake Garda. The soil has got a good salinity due to the rich mineral sedimentations of the clay it has. The climate is mitigated from the near Lake Garda which limits thermal oscillations during the year, creating therefore a particularly favorable microclimate for the cultivation of the grapevine and the olivetree.

The Winery has two main parts: one near the winecellar, the other ca. 1 km far, next to the small Frassino Lake. Starting from the grapevine to the final bottle all the production steps are carried out directly from the family. Only in this way we are sure to offer wines of great personality, as final result of the passion our family has for the nature and for the grapevine. The winery has been founded from the grandfather Gino. Since from the origins not only wines but also the grapevines have been produced from our farm. The acqaintance of the territory of the Lugana area is of basic importance.
